A superb large, round mirror by Karl Springer framed in pink and mauve python skin. Two concentric circles create a 6″ wide frame with two large bronze mounts each 4″ deep and 8″ wide. The skins are masterfully matched, creating a seamless frame with beautiful coloration. This mirror represents the best and the rarest of Springer’s work and is signed and dated in leather “Karl Springer, 1985” on the reverse. Acquired directly from the original owner. Ideal as an over-mantle mirror.
